Spring Adult Workshop – Painting: From Reference to Essence.
I will be teaching acrylic painting at Neilson Park Creative Centre in April.
Neilson Park Creative Centre is a lovely space in Etobicoke for learning, growing and being an artist.

Time: 9:30 am – 12:30 pm
Fees: $156.00 (with HST $176.28)

S23APRE Painting: From Reference to Essence
This course explores design elements and colour theory to build the artist’s toolbox and offers insights to open the heart of an artist to discover their “essence”.
Participants will work with drawing tools, thumbnail sketches and acrylic paints.
Each week, class will start with a short lecture to better understand design and colour. Learn directly from me through examples of my step-by-step process.
Participants will have open studio time to work on a painting of their choice and are also welcome to bring their own references to find their own unique style.
