Introducing The Village Effect Painting Workshop!

Human beings are hard-wired to connect to other human beings AND to create things. This workshop will include a basic value study looking at our ability to read values from white to black, as well as a fun drawing exercise to really see each other. Darlene will provide step by step guidance on how to paint your special village from painting reference provided. Whether you paint a charming village in the Tatra Mountains or the Austrian countryside, a street-scape in Vienna or a magical Fairytale Cottage – our home is our sanctuary.

Ages 16+
Cost: $55 +HST  (all supplies included)

All proceeds will go to support Youth Without Shelter!

“Darlene’s whole approach to teaching (and painting) is so delightful, engaging and life affirming! I’d never really painted before, but the class I’ve just finished with her has started me on a great new journey. I’m really grateful for having had the opportunity to learn from such a gifted artist.”
